摘要
连作障碍是现代农业发展过程中遇到的一个突出问题,在缓解连作障碍的方法中,利用生防细菌菌剂进行生物防治来解决这一难题已经逐渐被人们重视。生防细菌极具防病潜力和应用价值,能够起到增加农作物产量,提高植株防病能力的作用。笔者详细介绍了致使连作障碍产生的3个主要因素:土传病害加剧、土壤理化性质的恶化以及作物自毒物质产生的成因。描述了生防细菌对连作障碍土壤修复的现状,从多个角度分析了各种生防菌剂对抑制土传病害、改善土壤理化性质、缓解连作障碍自毒作用的机制,进一步探讨了生防细菌在连作障碍方面的潜力,为人们解决连作障碍问题提供了新的思路,也为生防细菌菌剂的推广提供参考。
Continuous cropping obstacle is a major problem in modern agricultural development.In the methods of alleviating continuous cropping obstacle,using bio-control microbial inoculum has gradually drawn attention.Bio-control bacterium has disease prevention potential and application value,which can increase crop yield and improve disease resistance of the plant.The authors introduced three main factors that caused continuous cropping obstacle:increase of soil borne disease,deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties and production of autotoxins substances.The authors described current situation of continuous cropping obstacle repair by bio-control bacterium,analyzed the effects of bio-control bacterium on controlling soil borne disease,improving soil physical and chemical properties and relieving continuous cropping obstacle.Then,the authors discussed the potential of bio-control bacteria agent for repairing continuous cropping obstacle,indicated that it could be a new way to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle and the study could provide references to the promotion of bio-control bacteria agent.
