摘要
舞狮作为一项民间习俗活动在西藏有着悠久的历史,深受藏族人民群众的喜爱。研究认为,西藏的舞狮源于藏族的崇狮习俗,民间舞狮习俗与西藏宗教文化有着密切的关系,与汉族崇狮习俗有一定的渊源,舞狮是西藏民间传统的娱乐活动。随着社会的变迁,代表藏民族艺术文化的舞狮娱乐活动已不多见,因此,挖掘整理舞狮文化,凸显娱乐健身的价值,弘扬民族文化具有重要意义。
The lion dance,with a glorious history as a folk custom activity in Tibet,is deeply preferred by Tibetan people.The study believes that the lion dance of Tibet stems from the custom of worshipping lion,and the folk lion dance custom has a close relationship with Tibet religious culture.The Tibetan lion dance also has a certain link with Han lion dance in origin.Though the lion dance has been a recreational activity among common people,along with the change of society the lion dance is rarely seen.Therefore,it is significant to redevelop lion dance,highlight the valueof entertainmentandfitness,andpromote the national culture.
