摘要
目的 探讨中草药制剂治疗正畸患者牙移动时期牙周组织重建的临床效果.方法 将92例正畸患者依据治疗方案不同分为两组,研究组48例,对照组44例,两组接受矫正治疗后,牙移动期出现红肿疼痛等症状时口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组在上述治疗的基础上,加用灯盏花素分散片治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的牙周组织重建效果和临床疗效.结果 治疗后两组牙齿移动距离、牙周探诊深度指标检测均较治疗前显著改变（P〈0.01）,治疗6个月效果优于3个月,研究组优于对照组（P〈0.01）;研究组总有效率（97.9%）显著高于对照组（86.4%）（P〈0.05）.结论 对正畸患者的牙移动时期应用中草药制剂治疗,能有效加速患者的牙周组织重建速度,提高治疗效率.
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of herbal preparations on periodontal tissue recon- struction at tooth movement period in orthodontic patients. Methods 92 orthodontic patients were select ed and divided into two groups according to treatment methods, 48 eases in observation group and 44 cases in control group. After corrective therapy, patients were given oral Ihuprofen Sustained Release Capsules for treatment of swelling pain, observation group was plus breviscapinum dispersible tablets on this basis. Periodontal tissue reconstruction effect and clinic effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Tooth movement distance, probing depth indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly changed （P〈0.01）, effect after 6 months was better than that after 3 month, observa tion group was better than control group （P〈0.01）; total efficiency of ohservation group （97.9%） was higher than control group （86.4%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of herbal preparations on or thodontie patients can quicken periodontal tissue reconstruction and improve treatment efficiency.
