摘要
目的以信息化平台推进辅助生殖技术助孕夫妇护理管理创新模式。方法建立具有多重功能的助孕夫妇周期治疗护理信息软件系统。结果在助孕治疗的不同阶段护士准确快速识别助孕夫妇身份,杜绝不安全隐患发生,提高临床护理工作效率。对助孕夫妇身份识别由传统的人工方法需要2~3分钟缩短至30秒内完成,以往依靠人工检索查询不同阶段的助孕周期数、助孕结果、婴儿数量等各项数据,通过对信息系统不同模块的点击,即可完成。结论提升生殖医学中心护理管理规范化及科学化的水平,确保临床护理工作质量,为医院护理工作信息化发展奠定坚实基础。
Objective To promote the innovative mode of nursing management of reproductive technology assisted pregnant couples,which is strengthened by informatization platform; Methods A multi-functional information software system was established to help assisted pregnant couples with their cycle medical nursing. Results The identities of assisted pregnant couples could be identified quickly by nurses even at different stages of assisted pregnancy treatment,which prevented potential risks and improved the efficiency of clinical nursing. The time needed to identify the couples was shortened to 30 seconds from 2-3 minutes by traditional artificial method. Data of assisted reproductive cycles,pregnancy results,the number of babies born at different stages could be easily collected by clicking different modules in the information system,instead of manual retrieving. Conclusion Informationalized reproductive technology could promote standardized and scientific nursing management of reproductive medicine center,ensure the quality of clinical nursing and provide solid foundation for the informationalized development of hospital nursing.
