摘要
目的：对Pilon骨折的手术治疗效果进行研究分析.方法：本次的研究对象是我院2012年5月～2016年4月期间收治的104例Pilon骨折患者.所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为观察组52例和对照组52例.对照组患者使用解剖钢板治疗,另一组患者给予锁定钢板治疗（观察组）,观察对比2组Pilon骨折患者手术时间、术中出血量、引流管拔出时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及并发症发生情况.结果：结果得知,观察组患者手术时间48.31±10.17分钟、术中出血量126.26±18.33ml、引流管拔出时间36.27±3.15小时、住院时间17.38±4.12天、骨折愈合时间3.60±0.59个月,与对照组对比,观察组更有优势,P＜0.05;观察组患者并发症发生率只有1.92％,低于对照组（13.46％）,P＜0.05.结论：使用锁定钢板对Pilon骨折患者进行治疗,效果显著,手术时间短、术中出血量更少,能有效减少患者住院时间,骨折愈合时间短,并发症发生概率更低,在临床上可以广泛应用.
Objective ：To study the effect of surgical treatment for Pilon fracture. Method： 104 cases of Pilon fractures treated in our hospital from May 2012 to April 2016 were divided into 52 groups. Patients in the control group were treated with anatomical plate,and the other group were treated with locking plate therapy（ Study Group）. Result： the study group of patients with operation time（48.31±10. 17 ） rain, the amount of bleeding during operation （ 126.26±18.33 ） ml, drainage tube pulled out of time （ 36.27±3.15 ） h, hospitalization time （ I7.38±4.12） d,the healing time （3.60±0.59 ） months, compared with the control group, the study group more advantages, P 〈 0. 05 ;study group of patients with complication rate was only 1.92% ,lower than the control group（ 13.46% ） ,P 〈0.05. Conclusion：the use of locking plate in the treatment of Pilon fracture patients, shorter operative time ,less time of fracture healing ,less complication occurrence probability.
