摘要
目的:对比分析微创螺钉和微创钢板内固定治疗骨盆骨折的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析本院2011年4月~2014年4月收治的80例骨盆骨折患者,按照手术方法的不同分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组采用微创钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用微创螺钉内固定治疗,比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、C臂照射次数,患者术后恢复时间与并发症发生情况.结果:观察组患者手术时间为101.6±6.7分钟,明显低于对照组患者手术时间152.4±10.2分钟(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量为71.5±4.8ml,明显低于对照组患者术中出血量289.2±13.4ml(P <0.05);观察组患者C臂照射次数为5.3±1.6次,明显低于对照组患者C臂照射次数11.5±3.3次(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率82.5% (P <0.05).观察组患者术后骨折恢复时间为10.5±2.7个月,明显低于对照组患者术后骨折恢复时间20.2±3.6个月(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组不良反应发生率为10% (P <0.05).结论:与微创钢板内固定治疗比较,微创螺钉内固定治疗骨盆骨折效果显著,手术时间短、术中失血量少、术后功能恢复良好、术后并发症少,但是此项手术要求比较高,手术医生应该在在术前准备充分.
Objective: To compare the clinical curative effect of Minimally invasive screw internal fixation and minimal invasive plate osteosynthesis in Treatment of pelvic fracture. Method: The clinical data of 80 patients with pelvic fracture who came to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. 80 patients were divided into the study group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40). The operation time, amount of bleeding, C arm irradiation times, postoperative recovery time and the incidence of complications was analyzed. Result: The operation time in the study group was ( 101.6±6.7) min, lower than that of the control group( 152.4±10.2) min ( P 〈 0.05). The amount of bleeding in the study group was (71.5±4.8) ml, lower than that of the control group (289.2±13.4) ml ( P 〈 0.05 ). The C arm irradiation times in the study group was (5.3±1.6) times, lower than that of the control group ( 11.5 ±3.3 ) times (P 〈 0.05). The overall effective rate in the study group was 97.5%, higher than that of the control group 82.5% (P 〈0. 05). The postoperative recovery time in the study group was (10.5± 2.7)months, lower than that of the control group(20.2 ±3.6)months (P 〈 0.05). At last follow - up, the incidence of complications in the study group were better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Minimally Invasive screw Internal Fixation is better than that of across the minimal invasive plate osteosynthesis, which can reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation, reduce postoperative complications and so on. It is worth promoting.
