湘农油571细胞质雄性不育变异材料的发现与应用

摘要 为了丰富甘蓝型油菜种质资源,以湘农油571细胞质雄性不育变异株系为材料,选育出具不同特性的不育系26S和41S,并筛选出强优组合26S×G15066和41S×G15057,初步实现了杂交油菜三系配套。同时,还介绍了不育系新材料的生物学特征特性。 In order to enrich the germplasm resources of the Brassica napus L. of rape, the male sterile variation of 571 cytoplasmic male sterile line was used as the material, and the sterile lines with different characteristics were selected to produce 26 S and 41 S. Then we selected the strong combination named 26S×G15066 and 41S×G15057, and three series of hybrid rape were established preliminarily. At the same time, the biological characteristics of new materials of sterile lines were introduced.
