摘要
随着时代的发展和科技的进步,我国已经全面进入了移动互联网时代,由于互联网自身的虚拟性、即时性和信息的海量化等特点,在给大学生的生活带来便利的同时,也在一定程度上影响了大学生的心理健康,对大学生的心理危机与干预提出了机遇和挑战。这需要积极探索移动互联网时代大学生心理危机预警与干预的措施,为新时代大学生心理健康教育提供有益指导。
With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,China has entered the era of mobile Internet.The virtual reality of the Internet itself, real-time and the quantitative characteristics of information bring convenience to college students,but also to a certain extent,affect the mental health of college students,throw down opportunities and challenges for psychological crisis and intervention of college students.It needs to actively explore early warning and intervention measures of psychological crisis for college students in the mobile Internet era and provide useful guidance for mental health education.
