摘要
复合材料是将两种或两种以上性质截然不同的材料加以优化组合构成的一种材料,具有更好的综合性能和良好的发展前景,受到人们的广泛关注和研究。本文介绍了复合材料的分类、金属基复合材料的常用基体及增强体材料,并对金属基复合材料中纤维增强铝基复合材料展开了详细介绍。综述了各种纤维的性能、制备方法、研究现状、应用范围。简介了纤维增强铝基复合材料的主要制备方法、并对几种典型的纤维增强铝基合金的性能优缺点、研究现状、应用领域等进行了论述。最后概述了目前存在的问题及发展趋势。
Composite material is made of two or more than two kinds of different materials, with a combination of material optimization.It has better comprehensive performance and good prospects for development, received extensive attention and research. In this paper, the classification of composite materials, the matrix and reinforcement of metal matrix composites are introduced. The properties, preparation methods, research status and application scope of various fibers are reviewed. The main preparation methods of fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages, research status and application fields of several typical fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites are discussed. At last, the existing problems and development trend are summarized.
