汽轮机油中异样杂质的成份与形成原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 对某电厂汽轮机油净化装置底部油中异样杂质用扫描电镜和红外光谱进行了成份分析 ,探讨了杂质的来源和形成原因 。 The contamination of steam turbine oil in a power plant was analyzed by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The source and cause of the impurity were identified. Leak of oil cooler is one of the major causes of failure in lubricating system. Some improvements were suggested.
