悬索桥主缆电磁感应加热的研究

摘要 主缆是悬索桥的生命线,悬索桥主缆内空气湿度是影响主缆钢丝受到腐蚀的主要因素,若腐蚀严重将影响其承载力和使用年限。以悬索桥主缆为试验对象,对其展开电磁感应加热除湿试验。为有效解决悬索桥主缆电磁感应加热温度的控制问题,对电磁感应加热温度场的建模方法进行了研究。结果表明,电磁感应加热在悬索桥主缆上的温度场建模方法是可行的。因此,利用电磁感应加热技术可对悬索桥主缆进行除湿,以达到延长悬索桥主缆使用寿命的目的。 Main cable was the lifeline of suspension bridge, the humidity inside the main cable was the main factor for affecting the main cable from corrosion, if seriously corroded, the bearing capacity and service life was affected. The experiment of electromagnetic induction heating and dehumidification experiment was carried out based on the main cable. To control the heating temperature in the process of electromagnetism induction heating, the modeling approach of the temperature field in electromagnetism induction heating was studied. The results show that the modeling approaly of the temperature field of electromagnetism induction heating in suspension bridge cables feasible. Therefore, using the electromagnetic induction heating technology can make the dehumidification of the suspension bridge cable, so as to prolong the service life of suspension bridge cable.
