摘要
目的探讨穴位冰刺激在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吸入性肺炎预防护理中的应用效果。方法将68例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组33例,两组均予常规药物治疗和康复训练。对照组接受常规康复护理,观察组在此基础上,接受穴位冰刺激治疗。比较两组干预前后吞咽功能和吸入性肺炎发生率。结果干预4周后,两组吞咽功能评分比较,时间效应、交互效应、组间效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组吸入性肺炎发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位冰刺激技术结合常规康复护理能显著改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,降低吸入性肺炎发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint ice stimulation therapy on aspiration pneumonia in patients developing dyspbagia after stroke. Methods Totally 68 patients developing dyspbagia after stroke were randomly divided into an observation group of 35 cases and a control group of 33 cases. Routine medication, rehabilitation therapy and nursing cares were applied to the two groups. Additionally, acu point ice stimulation therapy was used in the observation group. Before and after treatment, the Standardized Swallowing Assessment （SSA） was used to evaluate patients＇ swallowing function; and the incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, patients＇ swallowing function had significant time effect,group effect, and time by grcmp effect （P〈0.01 for all）. The incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia had significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint ice stimulation therapy used in combination with routine rehab care can obviously improve swallowing function and reduce be inci dence rate of aspiration pneumonia in patients developing dvsDhaia after stroke.
