特殊构型旁通管降噪表征

摘要 利用旁通管在流动管道中进行降噪在工程上效果是显而易见的,利用线性声学理论将管内无流动时的情况推广到有流动时.结合实际应用并合理设计加工,研制出覆盖各个频段及各种形状的产品,目的在于提高环境中所能被感受到的3 000 Hz^5 000 Hz全频段噪声的控制效果.试验发现,对三角形旁通管来说,当三角形旁通管与主管左、右夹角均为30°时噪声为94.7 d B,噪声降低5.7 d B,降噪效果在三角形旁通管中最为明显;双旁通管路中,针对2 000H z和4 000 Hz降噪的双旁通管噪声94.2 d B,噪声降低6.2 d B,效果最为明显.由此可知,单独旁通管的降噪作用主要体现在特定频段的噪声中,在20 Hz^20k Hz频段时降噪效果就无明显效果,双旁通管的降噪作用则主要体现在较高频段的噪声中,并不能对全频段噪声起到特别明显的降噪作用. The use of bypass pipe to eliminate noise is very useful in engineering application,Using the linear acoustic theory depends on the active noise reduction perspective,design of different types of flow tubes and mainly aimed at eliminate audible noise between 3 000 Hz ~ 5 000 Hz. Through the experiment can find the triangular bypass' s angles were 30°,the noise was 94.7d B reduced by 5.7d B,it bring about a stinking effect.In double bypasses system,aimed at eliminate audible noise between 2 000 Hz ~ 4 000 Hz,the noise was 94.2 d B,reduced by 6.2 d B,it bring about a stinking effect.The results showed that a single bypass pipe works well at a specific frequency band noise,but not works well in all frequency band between 20 Hz ~ 20 k Hz. The double bypasses system works well in high frequency band,but not works well in all frequency band too.
