摘要
青年体育教师是21世纪高校体育教师队伍中的主力军。随着学校体育深化改革,全面贯彻实施素质教育,培养复合型青年体育教师显得尤为重要。文章就培养的主题、培养的激励机制及培养方法等方面进行了阐述。
