摘要
针对腹板开孔型梁柱外伸端板连接节点的不足,提出了套管加强型腹板开孔梁柱外伸端板连接节点形式。利用有限元软件ANSYS对这种节点的受力性能进行了参数分析,探讨了端板厚度、开孔位置、套管半径、套管厚度和套管长度对梁端塑性铰形成位置、梁翼缘与端板焊缝处应力分布、节点的弹性刚度和承载力的影响。结果表明,套管加强梁腹板开孔梁柱端板连接节点具有较高的承载能力,同时梁翼缘与端板焊缝处的应力分布更加均匀并且能达到梁端塑性铰外移的目的;采用合理的细部构造形式有利于降低应力集中,改善节点的应力分布,使之受力更加合理。
For the shortcomings of beam-to-column end plate connections with web openings, the paper put forward a new beam-to-column end plate connections with casing tube reinforced web openings. The parameter study of the mechanical properties of the new type connection was conducted by using the finite element software ANSYS. Furthermore, the effects of the end plate' s thickness,the opening position, tube radius, the casing tube' s thickness and the the casing tube' s length on plastic hinge position, beam flange and end plate weld stress distribution, the elastic stiffness and bearing capacity were discussed. The results indicated that the beam-to-column end plate connection with casing tube reinforced web openings had higher bearing capacity, the new connection could move the beam plastic hinge away form the end plate welding zone and the stress distribution was more uniform. The proper detailed configuration might improve the stress distribution and lower the stress concentration.
