摘要
建立了金属氢化物制冷系统的集总参数模型 ,该模型采用了考虑延迟和坪斜度的Van’tHoff方程 ,对以MmNi4.5Al0 .5/MmNi4.2 Al0 .1Fe0 .7为工质对的金属氢化物制冷系统的工作过程进行了仿真 ,分析了延迟和坪斜度、系统参数、回热等因素对系统性能的影响。结果表明 :在设计状态下 ,系统的COP为 0 .33,延迟和坪斜度对系统的性能有负面影响 ,回热可以提高系统的COP 。
A lumped-parameter model was established for metal hydride cooling system, in which the plateau slope and hysteresis are considered. The working cycle of a metal hydride system using MmNi4.5Al0.5/MmNi4.2Al0.1Fe0.7, as working media was simulated and its performance was predicted. The effects of plateau slope, hysteresis, working temperatures and heat recovery on system performance were investigated. The results show that COP (coefficient of performance) of the system can reach 0.33 at the designing point, while the plateau slope and hysteresis have negative effects, and heat recovery can improve COP but would decrease the cooling power.
