摘要
在对本科生创新能力、创新意识调查分析的基础上,指出当今大学生创新能力培养的不足之处。通过实践,在课堂、实验、实习、大创、毕业论文层面上,通过教学改革、理念创新,形成独具特色的"构建研讨班、开展研究性学习"创新培养新模式,对于提高大学生团队合作和创新能力具备一定借鉴意义。
Based on the survey and analysis for the ability and consciousness of innovation of undergraduates, based on the investigation and analysis of innovation consciousness, we point out the shortcomings about the innovation ability training of undergraduates at present. By educational reform and concept innovation in classroom, experiment, practice and thesis, we propose an innovative cultivation model, i.e., building seminar and performing investigative study. This model can provide a certain reference for improving the abilities of teamwork and innovation.
