摘要
目的探讨心理干预对高强度聚焦超声治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的影响及其临床价值。方法收集我院收治的接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者70例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者各35例。研究组在常规护理基础上给予心理干预,对照组仅实施常规护理。结果研究组患者焦虑、疼痛评分均小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的乳腺良性肿瘤患者施行心理干预,能降低患者的焦虑情绪和疼痛指数。
Objective To explore the influence and clinical value of psychological intervention on the treatment of benign breast tumor with high-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）. Methods 70 patients with breast benign tumor received HIFU treatment in our hospital, were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 patients of each group. Study group received psychological intervention based on routine nursing care, and control group just received routine nursing care. Results The anxiety and pain scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce anxiety and pain index of the patients with breast benign tumor treated with HIFU.
