摘要
目的研究分析胃癌前期病变患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床效果,对患者的临床病变进行观察分析,为临床中医治疗提供参考依据。方法根据我院的70例胃癌病变患者来开展研究,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组34例患者接受胃复春片治疗,治疗组36例患者接受中药汤剂治疗,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果,病情情况等指标。结果经过治疗治疗组有31例有效病例,临床治疗有效率是86.1%,对照组有21例有效,临床有效率是61.7%,两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胃癌前期病变患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床效果比较突出。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment in patients with precancerous lesions of stomach, and to observe and analyze the clinical pathological changes of the patients, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 70 cases of gastric carcinoma patients in our hospital were studied. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group of 34 patients were treated with weifuchun therapy, the treatment group of 36 patients were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect and the index of disease of two groups were comparative analysed. Results After treatment, the treatment group had 31 cases effective, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 86.1%, the control group had 21 cases effective, the clinical effective rate was 61.7%, the results of the two groups had statistical difference, P 〈 0.05. conclusion The clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment in patients with precancerous lesions of stomach is more prominent.
