摘要
目的探讨危重型手足口病患儿的有效护理措施。方法于2013年1月至2015年6月,选取100例危重型手足口病患儿进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行针对性护理。对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组的住院时间明显更短(P<0.05),多器官功能衰竭发生率、病死率均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论给予危重型手足口病患儿针对性护理干预,具有显著的护理效果。
Objective To explore the effective nursing measures for children with severe hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 100 cases of children with severe hand foot and mouth disease were selected for study in January 2013-June 2015,Randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each had 50 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. Nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）, the incidence of multiple organ failure and mortality were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing is given for children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease, which has a significant effect on nursing.
