根据德兴铜矿提质增效、对标管理的要求,利用自身专业优势工程预算对全厂工程费用管理进行全面控制,在工程预算管理中从人工、机械、管理等费用中对工程费用精确预算,加强工程从设计、施工到审计过程中的计价控制。提出在提质增效活动中降低工程成本管理,提高全面成本节约意识,从而使企业成本管理做到精打细算,真正实现提质增效目标。
according to the requirements of quality and efficiency improvement, benchmarking management requirementsin Dexing copper mine, projects cost management was comprehensive controlled by using their own professional advantage inengineering project budget. Through accurately budget calculation on the fees of manual, machinery and management inproject budge management; strengthened valuation control from design, construction to audit procedures. The project' s costmanagement was decreased during the activities of quality and efficiency improvement, overall cost saving awareness wasimproved. The enterprise detailed accurate budget management was promoted, quality and efficiency was truly improved.
