摘要
目的探讨加味补中益气汤配合优质护理治疗疝气手术的应用价值。方法随机将医院2014年6月至2015年10月收治的86例疝气手术患者分为两组,各43例,对照组实施常规外科围手术护理措施,观察组实施优质护理干预措施及加味补中益气汤治疗。结果观察组下床时间、住院时间缩短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分为(89.9±5.3)分,对照组为(80.2±6.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味补中益气汤联合优质护理在疝气手术治疗中临床疗效良好。
Objective To analyze the application value of modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with high quality nursing in the treatment of hernia surgery. Methods Totally 86 patients underwent hernia surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to October 2015 were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group was given high quality nursing and modified Buzhongyiqi Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shortened,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was（ 89. 9 ± 5. 3） points,which was significantly higher than（ 80. 2 ± 6. 4） points of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications in observation group was 4. 65 %, which was lower than 20. 93 % in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Buzhongyiqi De coction combined with high quality nursing used in the hernia surgery has good clinical effect.
