摘要
军队研究型医院生殖医学中心是军队落实国家人口和计划生育及优生优育政策的保障,是新形势下满足部队官兵服务保障需求和提升战斗力的有力支撑。本文就近年来第二军医大学长海医院在不断深化为军服务内涵、提升人才培养梯队、实现前沿技术整合发展、推进医学科技创新、完善个体化治疗模式的过程中,建设军队研究型医院生殖医学中心的一些实践经验和体会进行综述。
Reproductive medicine center in military research hospital is a guarantee to implement the national population and family planning of eugenics policy,and can also meet the needs of the service support of the officers and soldiers under the new situation and enhance the strong support for the combat effectiveness.In recent years,our hospital has been deepening the connotation of military service,enhancing the talent training echelon,achieving the development of cutting-edge technology,promoting innovation in medical technology and improving the individual treatment model.In this review,we summarized and shared some experiences in the construction and exploration of reproductive medicine center in the military research hospital.
