摘要
上海市儿童医院通过建设基于临床辅助决策支持系统的电子病历平台,完善临床知识库,建立知识规则引擎和规则流,以医嘱闭环管理为驱动,实现智能知识助手、儿童智能用药、智能辅助诊疗等特色临床决策支持服务,为医务人员提供方案指引、安全提醒、差错控制等临床决策,达到了防止医疗差错、保障医疗安全、提升医疗质量的管理目的。
Shanghai Children＇s Hospital has developed the Clinical Electronic Medical Record platform based on the Clinical Decision Support System. Related rule engines and rule flow have been developed in CDSS. By closed-loop orders driving, we have developed some medical system in EMR, such as intelligent knowledge assistant, use drug intelligently to children, auxiliary diagnosis intelligently. These functions can provide doctors clinical decision, including plan guidance, safety warning, preventing error. EMR based on CDSS help us to prevent errors, guarantee medical safety and improve medical quality.
