摘要
传统三金片绣花机送片装置采用五个步进电机进行驱动,其中三个用于独立驱动三种金片送片机构,一个用于调整送片位置,最后一个用于装置的升降。该装置使用电机数量过多,体积庞大,可靠性低,且编写控制程序较为繁琐。针对该问题,对该装置进行了创新设计,创造性的设计出一种可控离合机构,通过该机构实现了一个步进电机对三种金片送片机构的控制。然后,以切换时间为优化目标对该机构的杆长参数进行了优化。经过生产实践验证了该机构创新设计的可行性及有效性。
Traditional three-layered tinsel embroidery machine needs at least five stepper motors. Three are used for feeding three kinds of tinsel. One is used .for cutjusting the position of different tinsel. The last one is used for driving the lifting mechartism. This device bas too mtmy motors, large volume, low reliability, and hard to prepare the control program. Aimed for the above problems, innovation design of the tin tinsel embroidery has been proposed. Three different kinds of tinsel can be controlled by one stepper motor with the creative design of a controllable clutch mechanism. The rod length parameter of the clutch mechanism is optimized with the constraint of switching time. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed tinsel embroidery are proved by the production experiment.
