摘要
[目的 /意义]目前,对于香港公共图书馆的管理体制缺乏系统深入的研究。为此,全面梳理和总结香港公共图书馆管理体制的方方面面,为深圳公共图书馆的发展提供有益借鉴。[方法/过程]通过实地考察访谈、电话邮件咨询、文献梳理研究、一手资料和数据采集等研究方法,从机构内部及外部的行政管理机制、立法制度和规范化管理、业务层面的管理与运营机制等多个维度,对香港公共图书馆管理体制进行研究。[结果 /结论]政府主导与专业化管理相结合、扁平高效的一体化规范化运行机制、健全完备的政策法规保障等是香港公共图书馆管理体制的精髓,为深圳"图书馆之城"的未来发展提供有益启示。
[ Purpose/significance ] There is a lack of systematic and in-depth research on the Hong Kong public libraries. This paper summarizes Hong Kong public library management system management system of comprehensively, and provides useful reference for thedevelopment of public libraries in Shenzhen. [ Method/process ] Through field visit interview, telephone and mail consultation, literature research, first-hand information and data collection and other research methods, this paper makesa depth analysis of Hong Kong public library management system from the internal and external administrative mechanism, the legislative system and standardized management, the management and operation mechanism of professional work. [ Result/conclusion] Government-led and professional management, fiat and efficient mechanism of integration and standardization, sound and comprehensive policies and regulations to protect, etc. , are the essence of Hong Kong public library management system, but also provide useful reference for the future development of Shenzhen ＂City of Libraries＂.
