摘要
全面贯彻落实江泽民总书记“以德治国”的重要思想,作为高校就要坚持以德治校。要以德治教,教书育人;以德治学,以德育人,帮助大学生成为合格的人才。还必须坚持以法治校,为以德治校提供有效的法律、制度保障。
To cany out Jiang Zemin' s important idea of governing the country with morality, colleges and universities should insist on governing school with morality to train students by administration, on governing teaching with morality to cultivate students by education and on regulating scholarly research with morality to educate students with noble ideas, to make students qualified personnel. Meanwhile, colleges and universities should also adhere to governing school by law,to supply law and system guarantee.
