摘要
依据《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721—2008)确定的评估标准及社会公共数据,以2011年新疆森林资源一类清查数据为基础,对新疆天山山区天然灌木林生态系统的涵养水源、保育土壤、固碳释氧、积累营养物质和生物多样性保护5项服务功能11个指标,分别进行了实物量、价值量的监测与核算。结果表明:天山天然灌木林年均涵养水量为7.82亿m3/a,年保育土壤的总量为271.87亿t/a,年固碳释氧的总量为13.94亿t/a,年积累营养物质的总量为21.93万t/a。天山灌木林年涵养水源功能的总价值为87.05亿元/a,其中保育土壤功能的总价值量为18.10亿元/a,固碳释氧的总价值量为27.50亿元/a,积累营养物质的价值量为2 810万元/a,物种资源保护价值为37.84亿元/a,天山天然灌木林生态系统服务功能的总价值约为170.79亿元/a。
Based on the Forest Ecosystem Services Assessment Standards （ LY/T1721 - 2008） and social public data and the inventory data of forest resources of Xinjiang in 2011 ,the monitoring and accounting of the ecological system of natural shrub forest in Xinjiang Tianshan Mountains, the conservation of water resources, conservation soil, carbon sequestration, accumulation of nutrients and biological diversity protection were carried out. The results showed that the average annual water conservation of natural shrub forest in Tianshan Mountain was 782 million m^3/a, the total amount of soil conservation was 27. 187 billion t/a, the total amount of carbon fixation and oxygen release was 1. 394 billion t/a, and the total amount of nutrients accumulated in the year was 0. 219 3 million t/a. The value of water conservation function was 8. 705 billion yuan/a, the total value of conservation soil function was 1. 810 billion yuan/a, the total value of the amount of carbon fixation and oxygen release was 2.750 billion yuan;accumulation value of nutrients was 28.10 million yuan/a;species resource protection value was 3. 784 billion yuan/a, the total value of the natural shrub forest ecosystem services was about 17. 079 billion yuan/a.
