摘要
死亡受体3(Death receptors 3,DR3)属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族,除了表达于淋巴系统外,近年来还发现其在结肠癌、肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌等肿瘤中表达。DR3分子具有多个亚型,在肿瘤中也存在不同的DR3亚型分子。因此,DR3是一个与肿瘤密切相关的重要死亡受体。该文综述了DR3在肿瘤的激活表达及对肿瘤细胞凋亡、转移、耐药的调控及相关机制;此外,对肿瘤中DR3变异分子及功能变化做一总结。
Death receptors 3 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, besides expressed in lymphatic system, it is also expressed in colon cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and cervical cancer, and DR3 molecules have many subtypes, and different DR3 subtype molecules also exist in tumor, therefore, DR3 is an important death receptor closely related to tumors, and the paper elaborates the activated expression of DR3 in tumors and adjustment and related mechanism of aoptosis, metastasis and drug resistance of tumor cells, in addition, the paper summarizes the DR3 variation moleculars in tumor and function changes.
