摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进管理模式在子宫切除术护理中的应用价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年12年期间80例在该院行子宫切除术治疗的患者进行研究,以随机数字表法为依据将患者分为两组,分别给予常规护理(对照组40例)及持续质量改进管理模式应用(观察组40例),对比两组患者护理效果差异。结果观察组手术时间与住院时间分别为(1.3±0.3)h、(6.8±1.4)d,对照组分别为(1.4±0.4)h、(10.9±2.0)d,两组患者手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组护理总满意度为95.0%、77.5%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将持续质量改进管理模式应用于子宫切除术护理中效果显著,有利于改善护理质量,缩短患者住院时间,且可提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,临床价值显著,可推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application value of continuous quality improvement management model in the nursing of hysterectomy. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of patients with hysterectomy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing and continuous quality improvement management model, and the difference in the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the operation time between the observation group and in the control group was not big[（1.3±0.3）h vs（1.4±0.4）h]（P〉0.05）, and the length of stay in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the total nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.0% vs 77.5%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of continuous quality improvement management model in the nursing of hysterectomy is obvious, which is conducive to improving the nursing quality, shortening the length of stay and improving the satisfactory degree of patients to the nursing services, and the clinical value is obvious, which can be promoted and applied.
