摘要
目的探讨糠酸莫米松联合卡泊三醇乳膏治疗慢性湿疹患者的近期疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的70例确诊为慢性湿疹的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者单纯使用糠酸莫米松局部外用治疗。观察组使用糠酸莫米松与卡泊三醇乳膏联合局部外用治疗。均为1次/d,疗程为4周。比较两组患者用药后总有效率和不良反应总发生率。结果用药4周后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为8.57%,对照组为17.14%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松联合卡泊三醇乳膏治疗慢性湿疹安全有效,不良反应较小,且能够明显改善患者症状。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of mometasone furoate and calcipotriol cream in treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic eczema admitted and treated in our hospital from January2015 to January 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group adopted the local external treatment of simple mometasone furoate, while the observation group adopted the local external treatment of mometasone furoate and calcipotriol cream, once every day and the treatment course was four weeks, and the total effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after medication. Results After four-week medication, the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（97.14% vs 71.43%）（P〈0.05）, and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 8.57% and 17.14%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The mometasone furoate and calcipotriol cream in treatment of chronic eczema is safe and effective, and the adverse reactions are few, which can obviously improve the symptoms of patients.
