摘要
目的调查桂林市农民工对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况。方法采用自拟调查问卷,通过分层随机抽样方法对桂林市建筑工地、农贸市场等农民工集中的区域进行艾滋病相关知识知晓情况调查,调查时间为2015年8—9月,调查人次为1 000人,使用Epi Data3.0软件对收集到的数据进行登记录入,并使用SPSS 16.0统计学软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果多数农民工对简单的传播途径、艾滋病表现有较高的知晓率,平均知晓率为81.97%,但对现行的艾滋病咨询、预防、检测与治疗服务的了解程度偏低,平均知晓率为42.83%。报刊杂志类、宣传册、电视或广播是农民工获取相关知识的主要途径,分别占71.88%、39.06%、29.24%。结论桂林市农民工对艾滋病基础知识的知晓率较高,但对相关咨询、检测、治疗的政策与服务了解程度较低,可以通过多种形式的宣传手段相结合,提高其知晓率。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge of rural migrant workers in Guilin.Methods The awareness situation of AIDS related knowledge of 1 000 from August to September 2015 in the construction site and farm product market, and the collected data were registered and recorded by the Epi Data3.0 software, and the data were statistically analyzed by the SPSS 16.0 software. Results The awareness rate of simple spread routine and AIDS manifestations of most rural migrant workers was high, and the average awareness rate was 81.97%, but the awareness rate of current AIDS consultation, prediction, test and treatment service was low, and the average awareness rate was 42.83%, and the newspapers and magazines, pamphlets, TV and broadcasts were the main routines of obtaining the related knowledge,respectively accounting for 71.88%, 39.06%, 29.24%. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge of rural migrant workers in Guilin is higher, but the awareness degree of related consultation, test and treatment policies and service mastery degree is low, and we can improve the awareness rate by the multiple forms of publicity means.
