摘要
目的为了进一步提高自发性气胸的治疗效果,分析和探讨采取微创导管穿刺与传统胸腔闭式引流治疗的价值和意义。方法根据患者住院先后顺序从2016年1月—2017年1月来该院治疗的自发性气胸患者中方便选取80例作为研究对象并根据随机双盲对照的原则要求将其分为试验组和对照组,每组患者40例,其中试验组患者采取微创导管穿刺方案治疗,而对照组患者则采取传统胸腔闭式引流方案治疗,比较不同治疗方案的疗效差异。结果经过统计分析发现,两组均能取得一定的治疗效果,但和对照组治疗总有效率70.00%(28例),相比,试验组患者治疗的总有效率90.00%(36例)显著增加,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组相比试验组患者肺复张时间、术后胸痛时间、手术时间、切口长度以及住院时间明显占据优势,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自发性气胸患者采取微创导管穿刺方案治疗,操作简单,安全性高,效果明显,值得借鉴推广。
Objective To analyze and study the value and significance of minimally invasive catheter puncture and traditional thoracic close drainage in treatment of therapeutic pneumothorax in order to further improve the treatment effect of therapeutic pneumothorax. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of patients with therapeutic pneumothorax admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the test group and the control group were respectively treated with minimally invasive catheter puncture and traditional thoracic close drainage, and the difference in the curative effect among different treatment plans was compared.Results The statistics showed that both groups could obtain a certain treatment effect but the total effective rate in the control group obviously increased compared with that in the test group [70.00%（28 cases） vs 90.00%（36 cases）], and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the lung recruitment time, postoperative chest pain time, operation time, incision length and length of stay in the test group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation of minimally invasive catheter puncture in treatment of therapeutic pneumothorax is simple with high safety and obvious effect, which is worth reference and promotion.
