摘要
目的探讨在对肾小球肾炎患者进行护理的过程中,行优质护理服务的效果,评定其临床应用价值。方法方便选取2014年3月—2016年3月期间该院收治肾小球肾炎患者共60例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组和参照组,实验组患者行优质护理服务模式,参照组患者行基础护理模式,参照组患者在入院后采用治疗+基础护理法,实验组患者在入院后行治疗+优质护理法,对比两组患者护理后其患者总体满意度、治疗依从性、健康知识掌握程度、住院时间等指标进行对比记录。结果实验组患者的治疗依从性、病症病因、住院时间等指标分别为(19.56±1.28)分、(9.85±0.89)分、(5.55±0.49)d,与参照组患者的(14.15±1.40)分、(5.23±0.56)分、(9.57±0.94)d相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的服务态度与健康宣教的评分分别为(4.26±0.45)分、(4.90±0.30)分;与参照组患者的(3.09±0.44)分、(2.90±0.30)分相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务模式应用于肾小球肾炎患者中,具有极为显著的护理效果,值得应用。
Objective To discuss the application value of excellent nursing service in the nursing of patients with glomerulonephritis Methods Convenient selection 60 cases of patients with glomerulonephritis from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the excellent nursing service, while the control group adopted the basic nursing model, and the control group adopted the treatment and basic nursing method after admission, the experimental group adopted the treatment and excellent nursing method after admission, and the total satisfactory degree, treatment compliance, mastery degree of health knowledge, and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results differences in the treatment compliance, disease cause and length of stay in the experimental group between the experimental group and the control group were obvious [(19.56 ±1.28)points,(9.85 ±0.89)points,(5.55±0.49)d vs(14.15±1.40)points,(5.23±0.56)points,(9.57±0.94)d](P〈0.05), and the differences in the service attitude and health education scores between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant[(4.26±0.45)points,(4.90±0.30)points vs(3.09±0.44)points,(2.90±0.30)points](P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of excellent nursing service model in patients with glomerulonephritis is extremely obvious, which is worth application.
