摘要
目的探讨5E康复模式对下肢骨肿瘤患者保肢治疗后肢体功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2014年1月—2016年12月于该院治疗的80例下肢骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规康复护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予5E康复模式护理,观察指标为肢体功能评估、不良情绪、生活质量。结果两组均采取康复护理措施后,对照组患者肢体功能评分结果明显高于观察组(P<0.05):[康复护理2周后:对照组(24.33±1.19)分,观察组(20.26±1.01)分;康复护理4周后:对照组(19.31±1.68)分,观察组(10.73±1.15)分]。观察组患者出现不良情绪的概率低于对照组患者:SAS:对照组(29.86±6.31)分,观察组(24.21±5.88)分;(2)SDS:对照组(37.47±5.96)分,观察组(31.23±4.39)分]。观察组患者生活质量指标评分高于对照组:[(1)肌体疼痛:对照组(45.07±9.21)分,观察组(36.97±9.64)分;(2)社会功能:对照组(49.07±10.64)分,观察组(39.91±10.21)分;(3)心理卫生:对照组(55.16±12.63)分,观察组(41.09±10.37)分]。结论 5E康复模式护理对于下肢骨肿瘤患者保肢治疗后,肢体的功能恢复有显著的临床疗效,有利于缓解患者的焦躁情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of 5E rehabilitation model on the limbs motor function and quality of life of patients with Lower Extremities bone tumor after the limb salvage treatment. Methods 80 cases of patients with Lower Extremities bone tumor in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine recovery nursing, while the observation group adopted the 5E rehabilitation model nursing, and the limb motor function evaluation, adverse emotion and quality of life were observed. Results After adopting the rehabilitation nursing measures, the limb motor function score in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）, and after 2-week recovery nursing, the score in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（24.33±1.19）points and（20.26±1.01）points; after 4-week recovery nursing, the score in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（19.31 ±1.68）points and（10.73 ±1.15）points, and the probability of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the SAS in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（29.86±6.31）points and（24.21±5.88）points, and the SDS in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（37.47±5.96）points and（31.23 ±4.39）points], and the quality of life indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the limb pain points in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（45.07±9.21）points and（36.97±9.64）points, and the social function score in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（49.07±10.64）points and（39.91±10.21）points, and the mental health in the control group and in the observation group was respectively（55.16±12.63）points and（41.09±10.37）points]. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of 5E rehabilitation model for patients with Lower Extremities bone tumor after the limb salvage treatment is obvious, which is conducive to relieving the anxiety emotion and improving the quality of life, and it is worth clinical promotion.
