摘要
目的探讨美容激光联合干扰素治疗扁平疣的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2016年5—7月收治的90例扁平疣患者为研究对象,其中50例采用美容激光联合干扰素治疗,为观察组。40例采用干扰素治疗,为对照组。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应以及复发率。结果观察组的总有效率为97.5%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应的发生率为4.0%与对照组的7.5%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的复发率为4.0%低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美容激光联合干扰素治疗扁平疣的治疗效果较好,患者的不良反应少,且复发率低,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of cosmetic laser and Interferon in treatment of 50 cases of patients with verruca plana. Methods 90 cases of patients with verruca plana admitted and treated in our hospital from May to July 2016 were convenien selected and divided into two groups, the observation group with 50 cases were treated with cosmetic laser and Interferon, and the control group with 40 cases were treated with interferon, and the treatment effect, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（97.5% vs 80.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant（4.0% vs 7.5%）（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,（4.0% vs 20.0%）,（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of cosmetic laser and Interferon in treatment of 50 cases of patients with verruca plana is good with fewer adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which is worth promotion.
