摘要
青果巷历史地段的有机更新是一项政策性、技术性、经济性均很强的系统性工作 ,为了形成具有地方特色的常州市历史地段整体风貌 ,除了要认真做好保护性规划以外 ,还要有正确的政策引导、严格的法律保护 ,并提倡各部门、各社群的通力协作 ,吸引更多的人力、物力、财力。在保护历史地段独特文化风貌的基础上 ,改善居民的生活条件、提高居民的生活水平 ,可获得住区居民和全社会的理解、支持 。
As part of the watery region in the south of Changjiang River,the historical area of Qingguo Alley in Changzhou has its unique natural and cultural environment.After analyzing the present situation of this area,the author puts forward the strategy and the pratical methods of its organic renewal which involves the preservation of historical features of this place and the improvement of living conditions of the local people.
