摘要
汽车在稳定车速行驶时 ,突然踏下油门加速或改变负荷 ,车身有明显的纵向振动 ,直接影响乘坐舒适性和汽车的动力性。本文针对这种现象 ,对前置前驱动的样车进行系统分析 ,考虑轮胎、传动系统、发动机第五悬架的特性对车辆纵向振动的影响 ,建立整车动态模型。利用MATLAB语言进行仿真 ,仿真结果与试验值有较好的一致性。在仿真的基础上 ,提出了改变离合器扭转刚度。
An abnormal vibration in fore?and?aft direction occurs immediately when the automobile, first at steady speed, is accelerated or changed of load. The phenomenon will directly affect the riding comfort and dynamics of automobile. In this paper, the analysis for the front?engine?front?drive car is given, including the effect of tire, power train and the fifth engine mount. The model is founded to simulate the fore and aft vibration of the vehicle using the MATLAB software. And the results of simulation are conformity with the test′s. Based on simulation the solutions are given to eliminate the viberation that are changing of torsional rigidyth of clutch and axle shaft, the rigid character of the fifth engine mount.
