摘要
我国高速公路现在正处于快速发展时期。针对我国高速公路交通事故发生率较国外同类条件高出许多的现状 ,并结合高速公路各类交通事故实例 ,首先讨论了我国高速公路交通事故的基本特点 ,在此基础上运用系统论的观点 ,从人 (驾驶员和行人 )、车辆、道路环境、交通管理等方面逐一对与道路交通安全相关的诱发因素进行了分析 ,最后从技术、管理。
Motorway is growing quickly in China. The motorway traffic accidents in China are higher than developed countries in same condition. With the examples of the motorway traffic accidents, basic characteristics of the motorway traffic accidents are discussed in this paper. Based on the system theory, such factors as driver and pedestrian and the vehicles, the road surroundings and the traffic management related to the motorway traffic accidents are analyzed in?depth. Finally the prevention measures for reducing motorway traffic accidents, concerning the technical of driver and the vehicle, the traffic management and scientific research, are put forward.
