摘要
对标准车型问题、道路路段基本通行能力的选取问题、路段阻抗函数问题进行深入的分析和研究。指出各等级公路交通量换算的标准车型有必要由原来的小客车和中型载重汽车两种改为小客车 ,公路通行能力标准应结合最新的研究成果给以修订。
The conditions of highway traffic change gradually along with the rapid economic growth in China Today vehicle composition basic capacity of highway segment,the structrue of link impedance and so on differ greatly from past.In this paper,the issues of determination of standard of vehicle,the basic capacity of highway segment and the link impedance function are analyzed and studied in depth Then,the paper points out that it is necessary to have passenger car unit as standard vehicle unit for conversion of different kinds of vehicles in traffic measurement instead of using two standard vehicle units as in the past,car and medium truck,and that the criterion of highway capacity should be revised based on up?to?date research findings Finally,a link impedance function with special consideration of toll collaction is developed
