摘要
叙述了浮动式氟橡胶油封多腔模的结构。根据氟橡胶的特点 ,对油封结构进行了相应地调整 ,对模具的定位导向及与油封骨架的配合间隙进行了革新与研究 ,由此降低了废品率 ,减少了胶料流失 。
The structure of floating multicavity mold for fluorine rubber was stated. The seals structure was relatively adjusted, and the locating guiding device of the mold and the fit gap of seal skeleton and mold were innovated and studied according to fluorine rubber characters. The scrap rate and the flash were decreased, and the products quality and the production efficiency were improved.
