摘要
阐述了用影响系数法做现场动平衡的基本原理及其计算方法 ,指出常规的带通方法对动平衡振动信号处理后确定的振幅和相位往往是不稳定的 ,同时提出了用相干平均的办法解决该问题。理论分析和现场实践均表明 ,这一方法是非常有效的。
The theory and algorithm of the spot balance of rotorand points the pivotal aspects is introduced.it also points that amplitude and phase which are disposed by the usual bandpass filter to the mobile balance signal are often volatile. At the same time ,the means of coherence average is given to solve this problem .Analysis by theory and spot practise show that this way is very effective
