摘要
舌诊是中医望诊的重要组成部分。随着中医舌诊的现代化发展,舌诊仪作为中医舌诊客观化的重要技术手段,在临床研究中被大量应用。文章对舌诊仪的发展,及近5年来,舌诊仪在中西医病证结合、中医药疗效评价、中医"治未病"健康管理等领域的中医舌诊客观化研究中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为中医舌诊客观化研究提供参考。
Tongue diagnosis is an important part of inspection diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.With the modernization of TCM tongue diagnosis, tongue diagnostic device has been widely used as a kind of important technical means in TCM tongue characterization in clinical research.This article is to summarize the development of tongue diagnostic device and the progress of its application in TCM tongue characterization over the past five years from integration of the disease and its TCM syndromes of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine, TCM clinical effectiveness assessment and TCM health management, aiming at providing references for TCM tongue diagnostic characterization research.
