摘要
目的:活血通络法治疗血瘀型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年8月在北京中医医院顺义医院就诊的血瘀型偏头痛患者85例,随机分为观察组45例和对照组40例,观察组用救脑汤,对照组口服芬必得。均以28 d为1个疗程。结果:观察组共45例,治愈10例,显效22例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率95.5%;对照组40例,其中治愈3例,显效11例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率82.5%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后总评分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组头痛症状积分、中医证候评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组治疗后头痛症状积分、中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血通络法治疗血瘀型偏头痛具有较好的疗效,不良反应少,能够减轻患者头痛症状。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treating migraine with blood stasis by blood-activating and collateral-dredging method.Methods：A total of 85 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （45 cases） and control group （40 cases）,the treatment group was treated with Jiunao decoction,the control group with fenbid.And 28 days was regarded as one course of treatment.Results：Among the 45 cases in the treatment group,10 cases were cured,22 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.5%;among the control group′s 40 cases,3 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,19 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.5%.The total effective rates of the two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05;the total score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment in treatment group （P〈0.05）,and there were significant differences in the score between the two group （P〈0.05）.Before treatment,two groups′ headache symptoms score,TCM syndrome score didn′t have significant different （all P〉0.05）.After the treatment,the scores of treatment group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of treating migraine with blood stasis by blood-activating and collateral-dredging method is satisfactory,with less adverse reaction and relief of the headache
