摘要
冰雪文化艺术在中国北方文化体系中占有重要地位。分析了中国北方冰雪文化艺术的资源地域性、珍稀独特性和开拓创新性特征,在剖析中国北方冰雪文化艺术存在价值的基础上,从紧密结合地域民族文化,融入冰雪体育艺术教育和冰雪旅游活动,贯彻"一带一路"发展战略扩大冰雪文化艺术交流渠道,举办北京冬奥会等大型冰雪赛事展示中国冰雪文化艺术等方面,弘扬、传承、宣传与推广我国冰雪文化艺术。
The ice-snow culture art occupies an important position in the cultural system of northernChina. The paper analyzes the characterisitics of ice-snow culture art in northern China such as the resources regionality,the rare uniqueness and the pioneering innovativeness. After analyzing the existencevalue of ice-snow culture art in northern China,it suggests carrying forward,inheriting,publicizing andpopularizing the ice-snow culture art in China from the following aspects：to closely integrate the regional national culture,to integrate the ice-snow sports art education and ice-snow tourism activities,toimplement the development strategy of ＂The Belt and Road＂ for the expansion of ice-snow cultural andartistic exchange channels,to hold some important winter sports games such as Beijing Winter Olympicsfor showing Chinese ice-snow culture art.
