摘要
牛呼吸道疾病综合征是引起世界范围内饲养牛发病和死亡的主要原因,严重危害着世界养牛业的发展。牛副流感病毒3型是引起牛呼吸道疾病综合征的主要病原之一,主要引起成年牛和犊牛的肺炎、支气管肺炎等。文章综述了近年来牛副流感病毒3型的最新实验室检测方法研究进展,以期为预防和控制疾病提供参考。
Bovine respiratory disease complex is the main cause of the morbidity and mortality of feeding cattle in the world, which seriously endangers the development of the world＇s cattle industry. Bovine parainfluenza virus type 3 is one of the major causes of bovine respiratory disease complex, which mainly causes pneumonia and bronchopneumonia in adult cattle and calves. This paper reviewed the latest laboratory detection methods of bovine parainfluenza virus type 3 in recent years, so as to provide reference for prevention and control of disease.
