摘要
目的探讨全自动压力注射器配合多功能数字X线机在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用价值。方法分析2015年1月至2016年8月我院接受子宫输卵管检查患者100例,随机分成二组,每组50例,分别为组1与组2,组1行传统手工推注子宫输卵管造影术,组2行全自动标准压注射器子宫输卵管造影术,分析二种子宫输卵管造影术在子宫、输卵管病变显示的差异。结果全自动压力注射器在子宫输卵管造影术子宫充盈和输卵管显影均显著优于传统手工推注子宫输卵管造影术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于传统手工推注造影患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良全自动压力注射子宫输卵管造影术能更好显示子宫、输卵管充盈状况,提高了子宫、输卵管疾病的诊断率,减少假阳性及假阴性,对子宫、输卵管病变性的诊断具有重要意义。
Objective:To study the automatic pressure syringe together with the multi-function digital X-ray machine in the application value of uterine salpingography. Methods: 100 eases of patients with uterine tubal examination between January 2015 and August 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, group 1 and group 2, with 50 cases in each group respectively Group 1 had traditional manual push note uterine salpingography, and group 2 had automatic standard pressure syringe uterine salpingography, the analysis of lesions differences in the uterus, fallopian of the tubes the two uterine salpingography was made. Results:Automatic pressure syringe in hysterosalpingography uterine filling and fallopian tube imaging were significantly better than the traditional manual injection hysterosalpingography, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ), the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the traditional manual with injection of contrast, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Improvement of auto- marie pressure injection of uterine salpingography can better display the uterus, fallopian tube filling condition, improve the uterus, fallopian tubes and the diagnosis of disease, which reduces false positives and false negatives, which is of great sig- nificance to the diagnosis of uterus, fallopian tubes and disease change.
