摘要
目的探讨肠道微生态制剂对类风湿关节炎患者TNF-α和脂联素水平的影响。方法 2015年1月—2017年1月收治类风湿关节炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组患者均给予非甾体抗炎药、甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特等药物控制病情。在上述常规治疗方案的基础上,观察组患者给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片,剂量为每日3次,每次3片,共观察12周,对两组患者治疗前后的临床症状和实验室检查进行评价和比较,对疗效和安全性进行观察和分析。结果观察12周后,两组患者晨僵、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、握力、病评、医评、DAS28评分、血沉、CRP、TNF-α、脂联素水平均有好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与未加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片的对照组相比,50例采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗的观察组患者临床症状和实验室指标好转更加明显(P<0.05)。结论肠道微生态制剂益生菌补充治疗可以减轻类风湿关节炎的临床症状,改善炎症指标,起到控制病情作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of intestinal microeeological preparations on TNF-α and adiponectin lev- els in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods ：100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into obser- vation group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group, and the two groups of patients were given non-steroidal anti- inflammatory drugs, methotrexate, leflunomide and other drugs to control the disease according to the condition. On the basis of the conventional treatment, the patients in the observation group were given Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets at a dose of 9 pieces a day for 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms and laboratory examination before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated and compared, and the curative effect and safety were observed and analyzed. Results： Mter 12 weeks, the levels of morning stiffness, number of tender joints, number of swollen joints, grip strength, disease evaluation, medical evaluation, DAS28 score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, CRP, TNF-α and adiponeetin were improved in the two groups, and the difference was statistically significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the clinical symp- toms and laboratory indicators in observation group were improved significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Intestinal miereeeo- logical agents probioties supplement therapy can reduce the clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, improve the inflam- mation index, and play an important role in controlling the disease.
