摘要
目的观察康莱特注射液联合SOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法晚期胃癌患者104例随机分为试验组(54例)和对照组(50例),均给予SOX方案化疗:奥沙利铂130mg/m2,第1天静脉滴注;替吉奥40~60mg口服,每天2次,第1~14天;每21天重复。试验组加用康莱特注射液200ml静脉滴注,每天1次,连续10d为1个周期。至少在2个疗程化疗后复查,比较两组的近期疗效、不良反应及患者的生活质量。结果两组治疗后有效率及疾病控制率差异无统计统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后,试验组外周神经毒性反应发生率低于对照组(40.7%vs.62.0%)(P<0.05),试验组WBC减少发生率低于对照组(48.1%vs.68.0%)(P<0.05),试验组恶心、呕吐等胃肠道不良反应发生率低于对照组(24.1%vs.44.0%)(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量改善率高于对照组(46.3%vs.24.0%)(P<0.05)。结论在SOX方案化疗治疗的基础上,加用康莱特注射液能降低晚期胃癌患者化疗的不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of kanglaite injection combined with SOX chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients with advanced gastric cancer was randomly divided into two groups.The patients in group B were treated with SOX chemotherapy regimen,which included intravenously oxaliplatin 130mg/m2 at day 1and orally S-1 40-60 mg,bid at day 1to 14 for 3weeks as a cycle.The patients in group A were treated with SOX chemotherapy regimen combined with kanglaite injection 200 ml intravenously,at day 1to10.The efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated after two cycles of chemotherapy.Results The effectiveness rate and disease control rate of groups of A and B were similar（P〉0.05）.Compared to group B,group A had less incidence rates of peripheral nerve toxicity（40.7% vs.62.0%）,decrease of WBC（48.1% vs.68.0%）,and nausea and vomiting（24.1% vs.44.0%）（P〈0.05）,and higher rate of improved quality of life（46.3% vs.24.0%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of SOX regimen,combined use of kanglaite injection can reduce chemotherapy-related adverse effects and improve the quality of life in the patients with advanced gastric cancer.
