摘要
本文报道了Ac-NPV感染家蚕细胞后微丝系统的变化。结果表明:在感染早期,细胞核内没有出现明显病变,细胞质中的微丝系统没有明显变化。感染48小时之后,受感染细胞核膨大,核内出现多角体时,细胞质中的微丝出现部分解聚。在感染晚期,细胞质中的微丝又发生聚集和重排,形成较粗的纤维于细胞质膜的内周,或者有的重新形成不规则的网格。
The changes of microfilaments in silkworm, Bombyx mori cells Which infected with a nuclear polyhedrosis virus of alfalfa looper, Autographa californtca were studied. No changes were observed during the early stage of infection. However, 48 hrs postinfection,when the polyhedrosis inclusion bodies occured within the nucleus, we found the number of microfilaments decreased and some of the microfilaments gradually disintegrated. While in the later stage of infection,the microfilaments gathered again. They rearranged to stress fibers in peripheral areas of the cell membrane or reformed irregular lattice. The phenomena we observed in insect cells infected with virus is very similar to that of vertebrate cells.
